Thanksgiving is first, but Christmas seems to be overshadowing it. The girls have had extra practices to get ready for Christmas performances. Yesterday they had one for 2 1/2 hours. That is crazy. I'm just glad I wasn't the one in charge of 25 girls from age 5-10. Aaron and I went to do some Christmas shopping and browsing since we were close to everything in American Fork. It was nice to have a couple hours without the kids.
We have reservations for dinner at Tucanos on Thanksgiving. I'm excited to try it there. Aaron is off but I work Thursday and Friday night. Aaron has a big group project due for his class this week so I think he'll be busy doing that on Friday. He had a good experience shadowing the nurse administrator at his hospital the other day. He was very complimentary of Aaron's job performance and work history and encouraged Aaron not to rule out management and administration as an option for his future career plans. That is great news. The fact that hospital administration knows who he is and that he is on their radar is exciting. I'm so proud of him.
