Dandelions, tulips and daffodils

Maddie was thrilled to discover the tiny yellow flowers that no one minded her picking out of the lawn. She proudly gave me about 8 of them over the weekend. Sunday afternoon she brought me a dandelion and my mom snuck her out to the front yard so that she could get me some real flowers. I have 3 yellow tulips and a daffodil in a pretty blue vase sitting on my kitchen counter today, thanks to them. I love how Maddie finds such joy in being so thoughtful. It makes me smile.

Another thing that has made me smile the last few days - I can distinctly feel two tiny feet that will "play" with me if I push on my stomach. One foot is right above my belly button, the other is on the right side of my stomach, just a couple inches below my ribs. I'm guessing they don't belong to the same baby...and I have no clue how the girls are positioned at the moment. I'll find out on Friday afternoon at my next check-up. These girls move throughout the day but it's still not the constant tumbling act that Maddie seemed to do. Probably a space issue...

We went from 78 degrees and sunshine on Saturday and Sunday to 34 degrees and snow today. It is crazy! There's probably about an inch on the ground that's sticking, and it's gone from a pretty heavy storm to flutters falling. Must be Utah!
